Each and every single year, Freeform likes to bring its viewers the most Christmas movies that can possibly be watched during the holiday season. ABC Family did it in the past, and Freeform has continued the trend with the “25 Days of Christmas” each year. The schedule for this year’s series of Christmas movies and holiday shows has been released, and it all begins on Saturday, December 1, so, get your DVRs cleared out and ready your festive spirit.
There have been some changes to the line-up this year with National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation officially dropped entirely. As recently reported by the Inquisitr , the classic film can still be seen a number of times on AMC this season, but you won’t find it on Freeform at any time throughout December.
The “25 Days of Christmas” will include numerous films from Disney, Universal, and a host of other studios. Audiences will be able to find multiple showings of The Nightmare Before Christmas , The Santa Clause franchise, and How The Grinch Stole Christmas among many others.
Unlike some of the other holiday marathons that Freeform puts on during the year, the “25 Days of Christmas” takes place throughout the day and into the night. That’s right, Christmas programming will be on from the early morning until around midnight each and every day of December through Christmas Day.
The official website of Freeform has unveiled the entire schedule and it’s time to check out when your favorites will be airing. The “25 Days of Christmas” for 2018 will have some new additions thrown into the mix too, and you definitely don’t want to miss those.
