Amber Portwood is done wasting time. After a sneak peek at Teen Mom OG featured the reality star declaring that she would not marry fiancé Matt Baier, Portwood embarked on a fun weekend with her ex-boyfriend, Gary Shirley, and their daughter, and shared a few cryptic tweets with her fans and followers.
As fans prepare for tonight’s new episode of Teen Mom OG , Portwood appears to be confident in her decision to move on from her relationship with her controversial co-star, Matt Baier.
“Lord, no more wasting time,” Amber Portwood wrote on Twitter on June 11.
Right away, fans were hopeful that the longtime reality star and mother of 8-year-old Leah was referring to her relationship with Matt Baier. According to one fan, Baier was no good for Portwood and she can do much better. According to another, he’s also detrimental to her co-parenting relationship with ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley.
“You have overcome so much and turned out beautifully. Don’t let someone with bad intentions hold you back,” another commenter wrote. “You will shine brighter without him.”
Amber Portwood then shared a meme with her fans and followers, which read , “If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of,” and told fans the message was what she lives by.

Also over the weekend, Amber Portwood spent time with Gary Shirley, her daughter, and her brother, Shawn Portwood in Indiana.
On June 11, Shawn Portwood took to Twitter and shared a couple of photos of Amber Portwood and her daughter riding on a tube behind a boat.
“Even got to go tubing,” he captioned one of the photos, also adding the usernames of Portwood and Shirley.
Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley haven’t always been on good terms and because of their recent reunion and the way it coincided with Portwood’s alleged split from Baier, one person suspected their friendship may have been prompted by the breakup.
After the person asked if the reality stars were having more fun because Baier was out of the picture, Shawn Portwood said, “That is not a question for me to answer. But I can say she had more fun because she got to spend a day with all of her family and Leah.”

Although Amber Portwood hasn’t directly addressed her breakup on Twitter, she announced the split to her fans and followers on Instagram over the weekend, telling her audience on Instagram that she is “not with Matt.”
According to a report by Starcasm , however, Amber Portwood and Matt Baier seem to be living together, despite their breakup . As the outlet explained, Portwood may be open to a future reconciliation with her former fiancé but for now, she is single and staying mum about her split as their drama plays out on Teen Mom OG .
During a previous episode of Teen Mom OG , Amber Portwood and Matt Baier were seen visiting Las Vegas and nearly eloping at Baier’s request. However, after Portwood spoke to her brother about the issue, she decided it was best to wait to marry Baier until their family, including Portwood’s daughter, was in attendance.
Although Amber Portwood and Matt Baier’s relationship has seemingly been strained for months, Baier spoke out just weeks ago and insisted their wedding had not been called off.
“The wedding hasn’t been called off,” Baier told People magazine. “Amber and I decided to keep the details of our wedding very, very personal and private right now.”
