Chicago Bears Vs. Green Bay Packers: Bold Predictions For NFL Week 15

The Chicago Bears will host the Green Bay Packers in Week 15 NFL action. Green Bay is widely favored to win the game in easy fashion, although the Bears aren’t a pushover team. Chicago has a lot to work on, but they have a few pieces to build around moving forward over the next few seasons.

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are on a three-game winning streak and are fresh off of a blowout win over the Seattle Seahawks . They have a 7-6 record and are looking like a serious contender once again. After struggling offensively all season, the Packers look like the juggernaut that they were before last season.

Chicago, on the other hand, has a crisis on their hands once again at the quarterback position. Matt Barkley is the current starter, while Jay Cutler appears to be on his way out of town. Their defense leaves a lot to be desired, which is where the Packers could take major advantage of them.

Needless to say, this is a big game for the Packers and is the definition of a trap game. If Green Bay ends up losing, there is very little chance that they will end up making the playoffs. Chicago could play the spoiler to one of their biggest rivals.

All of that being said, what bold predictions can be made for the Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers game in NFL Week 15 action?

Jordan Howard Rushes for 110 Yards, Two Touchdowns

Green Bay’s run defense has been solid all season, but Jordan Howard will make some plays this week. He has been a pleasant surprise for the Bears this season. Howard will rush for 110 yards and two touchdowns in the game and will help power the Chicago offense.

Aaron Rodgers Dominates with 400 Yards, Four Touchdowns

Aaron Rodgers has been playing like an MVP over the last few games and has put to rest the rumors that he might be losing a step. He will continue his impressive play with 400 yards and four touchdowns this week. Green Bay needs yet another big game from him and that is exactly what they will get.

Chicago Turns the Football Over at Least Three Times

Not many teams will put up big offensive numbers with Matt Barkley leading the way. Chicago is going up against a playmaking Green Bay defense that will force at least three turnovers this week. Whether Barkley throws three interceptions or the Bears cough up fumbles, the Packers will force three throughout the game.

Green Bay Totals 100 Rushing Yards

If the Packers want to contend for a Super Bowl appearance, they have to figure out a ground game. A combination of Ty Montgomery, Christine Michael, and James Starks appears to be what the Packers will have this week. Green Bay will total 100 rushing yards this week to help take pressure off of Rodgers.

It’s official: Ty Montgomery is a RB.

The Green Bay Packers Win in Blowout Fashion

While the Bears will put up a fight, the Packers are going to blow them out. Green Bay is the better team and will take care of business. It will be yet another step closer to the playoffs for the team that many favored to win the Super Bowl at the beginning of the season.

Expect to see the Packers take control from the opening kickoff. Chicago simply doesn’t have the firepower to stand up to them, and that will show throughout the entire game.
