The Apple iPhone 5 will launch in 50 more countries this month. The massive launch schedule will help Apple extend what has already become record setting worldwide sales volumes.

The company will start its iPhone 5 expansion with the December 7 release of the smartphone in South Korea. The next launch will occur on December 14th when the following countries will receive Apple’s first iOS 6 device:

Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, the Bahamas, Bahrain, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Ecuador, Grenada, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Panama, Paraguay, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela.

Apple is most excited about its China launch, which will first occur on the China Telecom network and will likely extend to China Unicom and other providers in the coming months.

The iPhone 5 will then launch on December 21 in the following areas:

Barbados, Botswana, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Egypt, Guinea, the Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St.Vincent and the Grenadines, Tunisia, Uganda, and Vietnam.

Apple announced its new large scale roll out just a short time after stock supplies seem to have picked up. For the last month, Apple iPhone 5 devices showed two to three week ship times but have since improved to just two to four days in the US Apple store.

The launch of 50 new countries comes at a busy time for Apple as the company has begun to roll out its new iMac devices and increased its shipments of the iPad mini.

In the meantime, iPhone 6 rumors are already picking up speed.
