Abby Lee Miller is checking into prison in Victorville, California, tomorrow around 2 p.m. to begin her one year and a day sentence. However, the Dance Moms alum is still maintaining her innocence and has made a post on Instagram that she hopes could grant her an eleventh-hour reprieve from serving time, or at least get something knocked off her sentence.

The former dance coach will be serving time in prison for bankruptcy fraud after it was revealed that she hid $775,000 from the government after filing. Part of her sentence also includes not declaring cash assets she brought back from a trip to Australia, as it is mandatory that anyone traveling into the US with $10,000 or more declare it at Customs.

Abby Lee Miller recently suggested in an interview with Wendy Williams that the mothers had access to the cash when they entered the United States but not her.

The Dance Moms alum used to frequently take her students to other countries where they would hold Master Classes and Q&A sessions in addition to selling t-shirts and other items in the lobby area. According to Abby Lee Miller, the mothers were the ones handling the cash as they could not get a credit card machine in a foreign country. She also stated that any money made from ticket sales were purchased online and went directly into a business account.

Abby Lee Miller is now asking attendees at these events to look through their old photos and see if Abby Lee was ever selling merchandise or handling the money through her Instagram account. She captioned the photo with, “Get on this quick!”

It is unclear if Abby Lee Miller is trying to indict the mothers in her illegal activities, as likely they would have already been investigated when all of the allegations originally came out.

If this last-ditch effort to get out of her sentence doesn’t work, Abby Lee Miller will be reporting to prison tomorrow afternoon with Lifetime cameras in tow.

It is unknown if they are filming for an eighth season of Dance Moms or if the network will be doing a special on Abby Lee Miller going to prison.
