Brad Pitt’s and Jennifer Aniston’s marriage ended years ago, with Pitt subsequently marrying Angelina Jolie. But now in the midst of his divorce, rumors are swirling that Brad and Jennifer could reconnect. One report even claims Pitt and Aniston have plans for a reunion at a romantic getaway.

Hollywood Life cites a source who described Brad as “ desperate ” to talk to Jennifer. The actor even found the perfect spot, a home that he and Aniston once viewed as a “romantic getaway,” according to the insider.
Pitt and Jennifer have talked following the divorce news, and that led to their plans for a reunion, revealed the source, who shared that the actor, 52, initially received support from Aniston, 47, when she texted him. Following the text message, Brad allegedly summoned the “courage” to contact Jennifer.
Following their conversation, Pitt and Aniston made plans to meet, according to the insider. The alleged reunion is planned at Brad’s beach home in California. Located in Goleta, the house is the “perfect spot,” added the source, who pointed out that the home is “far away from prying eyes.”
During their marriage, Pitt and Jennifer viewed the beach house as a “romantic getaway,” and they stayed there at times during their marriage, according to the insider. However, it’s not a romantic reconciliation that the two have planned, but instead a way for Brad to spend time with Jennifer, whom he “deeply respects,” added the source.

So how does Jennifer’s husband, Justin Theroux, feel about this plan for a reunion? Gossip Cop investigated a report from OK that Justin is “ on board ” with Aniston’s involvement in a meeting with her former husband.
That report claimed that Theroux is not “the least bit threatened” by Jennifer’s alleged interest in becoming involved in a reunion with her former husband. The plan supposedly calls for Justin to “stay home” while Aniston takes off for the alleged meeting with Pitt. OK ‘s report also offered a reason why Theroux allegedly “has no problem with” the reported reunion.
“[Justin] trusts Jen absolutely, and has faith in the strength of their connection.”
But a source told Gossip Cop that neither Pitt nor Aniston has plans for a reunion and that Theroux has not told Jennifer that she’s got his permission to meet with Brad.
As for how Aniston feels about her former husband, sources told Us Weekly that she views the failure of his marriage as “karma .” While she does not have any bad feelings toward Brad, Jennifer allegedly feels “somewhat satisfied” by the situation, with one of the sources elaborating on how Aniston reacted to the divorce in a conversation with a friend.

Moreover, the insider told Us that Jennifer had a feeling that something would happen with her former husband’s marriage.
“She always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually,” revealed the source about Aniston. “She didn’t feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him. He’s a pretty simple guy.”
As for what Jennifer wanted for Brangelina, however, there’s nothing negative there, a second insider told Us . While feeling “sort of satisfied about Brad and Angelina’s split,” Aniston “never wanted this for them or wished this on them.”
Concerning Pitt’s future, Jennifer is thinking in positive terms and wants him to have the same happiness that she does in her marriage to Theroux, according to the second source.
“Jen does wish Brad luck and the best. She feels like she’s happy, and she wants him to be happy too,” clarified the second insider. “Jen does not hold on to any negativity from her marriage to Brad.”
