Wendy Williams’ talk show theme song boasts the lyrics, “say it like you mean it,” and that seems to be exactly what she’s doing when it comes to Tristan Thompson’s relationship with Khloe Kardashian.
According to a Sept. 24 report by Hollywood Life , Wendy Williams talked about Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s relationship on her show this week — and revealed that she believes that the NBA player is “clowning” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.
Williams revealed that she thinks that Thompson should be out having fun and dating multiple women since he’s a professional athlete that is still in his 20s. However, he’s tied to Kardashian — sharing a child with her — which the talk show host claims has him in “over his head.”
“He’s in over his head. At 27-years-old as a major athlete you’re not supposed to have kids, you’re supposed to be having fun with these two girls with a condom or something, not with kids and the Kardashians! … I’m faulting [Tristan] for clowning [Khloe],” Wendy stated after photos of the NBA player leaving a Hollywood club with two women appeared online.
As many fans will remember, Tristan was busted cheating on Khloe back in April when visual evidence of him getting comfortable with multiple other women surfaced on social media just days before Kardashian gave birth to the couple’s daughter, True.
Since that time, Thompson has seemingly been under a microscope, and is often criticized anytime that he is seen hitting the town without his baby mama.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Tristan Thompson is furious over fans calling him out every single time that he’s spotted without Khloe Kardashian.
Sources tell Hollywood Life that the Cleveland Cavaliers star has worked hard to rebuild his relationship with the mother of his child, and that he wants to be with Khloe. However, he hates all of the negative comments and media that he gets when he’s seen out with his friends.
“Tristan loves Khloe and their baby, True, but he also loves his time away with his boys to decompress. He is preparing for one of the most challenging NBA seasons of his life and if he needs to go out to blow off some steam, he is grateful Khloe is understanding about it,” an insider said of the basketball player.
