Samsung Galaxy S IV rumors are mounting as the company draws ever closer to revealing its new flagship smartphone .

According to SamMobile , the new device will feature a 4.99-inch HD SoLux display that will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor running at 1.9GHz.

The report also claims that Samsung will release the Galaxy S IV with three memory options: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.

As expected, the Samsung Galaxy series will retain its added use of a microSD card slot for expandable and easy to transfer data requirements. When combined with the 64GB version, that means up to 128GB of storage space for heavy data consume and storing users.

The Galaxy S III’s successor is also expected to feature various color options. We would guess Red, Blue, White, and Black will be on the table.

Today’s rumors all right in line with other blogs and news agencies who have reported various rumors for the Galaxy S IV.

In any case, we won’t have to wait much longer, Samsung is expected to roll out the Samsung smartphone at a March 14 event in New York.

Also rumored by Gizmodo is a 13-megapixel camera that implements Sony’s latest 1/3-inch Exmor Rs image sensor.

If a release schedule quickly follows, Samsung’s March 14 press party we will also likely see the device sporting the Google Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) release. Google is always hard at work on new mobile OS versions, but 4.2 would fall into line with Samsung’s massive production schedule and necessary smartphone device testing based on the Android OS.

Will you be running out to pick up the Samsung Galaxy S IV ?
