Too lazy or busy to head to the bank to deposit checks? Fear not! Just purchase an iPhone and you can now deposit those checks right over your phone. One catch, you have to be a Chase bank customer.
The new iPhone app [iTunes link] allows users to send checks to their account by snapping a photo from the front and back of their checks and then choosing the deposit option.
The program also initiates person-to-person QuickPay as long as you have that persons e-mail address.
Currently there are a few restrictions, for example you can’t deposit more than $1000 per day or $3000 per week.
