Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are reportedly re-engaged after a 2-year hiatus, and now, they are planning to get married.
Although Miley Cyrus and her fiancé haven’t yet confirmed a date for their upcoming nuptials, fans could see the former Hannah Montana star get married later this month, and in the meantime, Cyrus has welcomed a new addition to her family.
On July 5, Today Pop Culture revealed Miley Cyrus had spent her Fourth of July celebrating the adoption of her newest dog , a Beagle named Barbie.
“[Miley Cyrus] included the hashtags #stopanimaltesting and #donttestonbeagles — to address the fact that beagles are the dog breed most commonly used in laboratory testing —and tagged the rescue organization Beagle Freedom,” the outlet explained.
In addition to sharing a selfie of herself and her Beagle, Miley Cyrus posted a photo of Barbie and her pit bull, Tani, along with the caption, “Sisterzzzz!!!! Barbie [love]s Tani!!!! @beaglefreedom #stopbeagletesting #loveanimalsdontharmthem.”

Us Weekly also spoke of Miley Cyrus’ weekend adoption , revealing the singer enjoyed a “romantic evening” in Malibu, California, on Sunday, during which Cyrus was photographed with the engagement ring Hemsworth had given her over 4 years ago.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s relationship began on the set of 2010’s The Last Song and resulted in their May, 2012, engagement. However, after Miley Cyrus’ racy MTV Video Music Awards performance in 2013, which featured the singer twerking on Robin Thicke during a “Blurred Lines” duet, their engagement was called off.

After Miley Cyrus’ engagement came to an end, she enjoyed a few relationships with other men, including Patrick Schwarzenegger, but at the end of 2015, she and Hemsworth reunited and a short time later, her engagement ring was back on, which appeared to confirm that she and Hemsworth had resumed plans for a wedding.
Although Miley Cyrus and her fiancé haven’t publicly confirmed plans for a wedding, nor have they confirmed their engagement is back on, sources claim the couple is planning to wed in the coming weeks.
“They are fully underway planning their upcoming wedding!” a source told Radar Online in April. “Miley and Liam want to have a summer wedding and they plan to hold the celebration close to their homes in Malibu.”
In April, as the source continued, Miley Cyrus’ parents, Billy Ray Cyrus, 54, and his wife, Tish Cyrus, 48, offered to pay for her and Hemsworth’s nuptials.
“Tish really wants the two of them to get married so that they can start making grandkids for her,” the source explained.
And when it comes to their upcoming wedding, Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth are planning to celebrate their marriage with two ceremonies, one in Los Angeles and another in Hemsworth’s native Australia. In addition, said the source, their first ceremony could happen sometime this month.
“As of right now, [Miley Cyrus] and Liam are shooting for next month,” an insider told Radar Online at the end of June. “The date has been set, but no one knows what it is except for the two of them and their parents. They are going to have a beach wedding in L.A., followed by another ceremony in Australia.”
Throughout their relationship, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been faced with tons of rumors, the latest of which claim the 23-year-old is expecting a baby with the actor. However, like their wedding plans, Cyrus’ alleged pregnancy has not yet been confirmed.
