Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell fell in love on The Bachelor and things are still going great for them. Since the show, they have moved on and even have their own reality show coming. Now Us Weekly is revealing why Lauren and Ben just aren’t watching her good friend JoJo Fletcher on The Bachelorette . JoJo’s season is already halfway over and they haven’t even had a chance to watch one episode. JoJo and Lauren were the final two during Ben’s season, but they were still friends on the show. They spent a lot of time together during those months of filming.
Lauren Bushnell went on to explain the details about why they haven’t watched the show lately. She said, “We both see it as a little bit of a break from The Bachelor . It was our world for so long, and we just really wanted to focus on our relationship and needed a moment to take a step away.” Lauren did share that she is a bit curious about what is going on with Chad Johnson, though. She said, “Now I definitely want to get caught up — I keep hearing so much about this Chad guy.” Being busy isn’t really a bad thing.

The thing is, Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell won’t get the chance to see him at all if they catch live shows now. Lauren will need to start from the beginning of the season so that she can see all about Chad. They might not want to miss Bachelor in Paradise , though. Rumors are that Chad won’t be on there for very long, but he is going to try to find love.
Ben and Lauren may not be part of The Bachelor anymore, but they are doing another reality show. Their new show Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After will be filmed this summer, but won’t start airing on Freeform until October. Ben explained they are still in the public eye no matter what others are saying, “After you walk away from The Bachelor , it’s not like your life becomes private. People still find out what you’re doing, so it’s not changing our life to be public.”
Lauren went on to explain, saying, “We’re already used to sharing our lives with everyone else so we thought, why not? It’s a fun way to share life after The Bachelor .”

Hollywood Take shared that there have always been rumors that Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell aren’t together anymore, but things are still going great. They are doing their reality show and working on wedding plans. There were a few rumors that Ben was still in love with JoJo Fletcher, but that doesn’t seem to be true at all.
