Farrah Abraham’s mother, Debra Danielson , is speaking out about MTV allegedly firing her daughter from Teen Mom OG . Farrah, who revealed on social media that the network tried to oust her from the reality TV show due to her involvement in the adult entertainment industry, may have officially cut ties with TMOG .
According to a Nov. 7 report by Radar Online , Debra Danielson spoke out about Farrah Abraham ‘s bad blood with Teen Mom OG cast and crew. Debra revealed that she was “very sad” about the entire situation, and that she considers MTV to be a part of her family, citing working with the company for ten years makes her want to see a reconciliation happen between the network and her daughter.
Debra Danielson went on to say that while she is not sure Farrah Abraham would ever return to Teen Mom OG after all that has happened, but she and her family would be open to working with MTV on other projects in the future. Danielson says she would like to be on another show, or even host a show, adding that Farrah could be on another series that may be “more appropriate” for her.
Meanwhile, Debra Danielson is still celebrating her wedding to Dr. David Metz. The couple tied the knot over the weekend in Omaha, Nebraska in front of friends and family members. Debra and David were supposed to have their wedding filmed for Teen Mom OG . However, that is now off the table. Danielson did reveal that she had the wedding filmed, and that the footage will be available for “any network that will pick it up.”
Debra says that she and Farrah aren’t just waiting around for the next thing. They’re already trying to get back in the reality TV game. “We’re filming a trailer for a pilot,” she said. “We’re also working on a talk show and a couple of other ideas. I’m not sitting still!”
Farrah Abraham did attend her mother’s wedding , although she had vowed to skip the event in the past following a big blowout fight with David. The Teen Mom OG personality served as her mother’s maid of honor and even gave a touching toast at the wedding reception.
