According to Life & Style , as cited via Hollywood Life , Gwen Stefani recently found out about the joyful news , having supposedly been trying to conceive a child with Shelton for almost two years.
The couple knew that they wanted to get married this year, and now that they’ve learned their baby is on the way, Gwen Stefani and Blake aren’t wasting any time when it comes to making it official.
Sources tell the publication that after Gwen attended one of Blake’s performances out in Mexico back in January, she was completely blown away by the beauty of Rivera Maya, telling Shelton at the time that this was the place they should get married.
The country singer didn’t disagree, but what’s still unclear at this point, as the news outlet fails to mention it themselves, is whether or not Gwen Stefani is already engaged.
The “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker has been sporting what appears to be an engagement ring for several months now. It should be noted that the ring she’s been spotted out wearing has been an on-and-off thing where fans are constantly left puzzled as to whether Gwen Stefani is engaged or not.
What seems apparent to Life & Style , however, is that Gwen and Blake want to get married before the baby’s birth, which is why they have opted for their wedding to take place this summer in Mexico.
