Kris Jenner reportedly had no idea that Kendall had invited her father, Caitlyn, to the extravagant birthday party she held in West Hollywood yesterday evening.
According to Radar Online , Kris Jenner and her former husband haven’t spoken in months because the TV personality was livid over some of the things Caitlyn had said about her in the controversial memoir she released earlier this year.
As seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians , Kris Jenner has found it difficult to form a friendship with her former partner, stressing that she’s continuously attacking the family and portraying them to be anything but goodhearted, and Kris became fed up with it.
So, as one can imagine, things seemed rather awkward when Kris Jenner finally learned that Caitlyn was on her way to the bash, joining the likes of Kim and Kourtney Kardashian to celebrate Kendall’s birthday.
Sources tell Radar Online that things were far from smooth when Caitlyn arrived because even though Kim was polite enough to say hello, nobody from the family had any interest in speaking or sitting next to the transgender star.
Nobody wanted to cause a scene because they remembered why they were there in the first place — it was Kendall’s birthday, and Kris Jenner certainly didn’t want to bring the drama to such a joyful event with friends and family around her.
It is further added, however, that Kris Jenner and Caitlyn reportedly didn’t exchange words with one another. The momager was far from interested in engaging in a conversation with her ex-husband, who has branded her all sorts of derogatory terms in the media that Kris simply hasn’t appreciated.
Kourtney, who arrived with her boyfriend Younes Bendjima, seemed to have no interest in introducing Caitlyn to her new beau. According to reports, the atmosphere was very cold between the Kardashians and Jenner, and everyone felt it.
Kris Jenner has already made it clear that she doesn’t plan on having a relationship with Caitlyn. The only time she’s willing to speak with her is when it concerns the children they share.
There are things that have been said which Kris Jenner simply doesn’t appreciate by any means.
