Carole Radziwill is back for another season of The Real Housewives of New York, and it sounds like she’s been spending all of her time with her boyfriend, Adam Kenworthy. The two met last season while filming the show, as Adam was working as Luann de Lesseps’ personal chef. Luann was angry with Carole for dating Adam, but the two decided to pursue a relationship and the two have now been dating for almost a year. And yet, Bethenny Frankel admits that Radziwill has become more distant after meeting Adam.
According to a new Radar Online report, Carole Radziwill is now revealing that she has tried to be there for Bethenny after she learned about her health issues. In the trailer for this season of The Real Housewives of New York , Frankel learns that she may have a serious health issues and she’s caught making a phone call to her assistant, talking about a living will. And it sounds like Carole was there for her co-star during this time.
“It’s one of those things that’s very common with women,” Radziwill told Radar Online, revealing that Bethenny’s health issue is indeed very serious, adding, “She was very honest and direct about it. We filmed at doctors’ offices. I think she was as vulnerable as I’ve ever seen her.”
Radziwill admits that Bethenny was indeed scared during this time and that she tried to be there for her. She also admits that she tried to go to a few doctors to get the best advice for her friend, but Bethenny decided to go her own route.
“When you’re scared is because you’re not quite sure what it is and then you are just like, ‘What’s going on here?’ ” Carole Radziwill questioned, adding, “It’s no joke. You have to be careful about that stuff, and you have to take care of yourself. But once she figured out what it was and how to take care of it, it was better. I went to a few doctors with her and tried to do research and give my opinion. But ultimately, she made her own decision.”
According to Reality Tea , Carole has revealed that she felt Bethenny was a bit judgmental during the first episode, and this could be an indicator of their first big fight.
Last season, Carole Radziwill and Bethenny had become close friends and Radziwill visited her in her New York apartment when it was still under renovation. The two had been hanging out while filming The Real Housewives of New York . When the cameras went away, it sounds like Carole decided to hang out with Adam more than with Bethenny. The two may have grown apart, and Frankel did note that during the premiere episode. And Carole Radziwill admitted that she had become a person who would prefer to stay in on a Friday night.
And Radziwill also had plenty to say about Dorinda Medley, who continues to try and prove that her relationship is worth it for her. During the lunch with Bethenny and new housewife, Jules Wainstein, Carole did notice that Dorinda had an opinion during the premiere episode, and she claims they are still friends.
“Dorinda will say herself, after three martinis, you never know what’s going to happen,” Radziwill said about the lunch, where Frankel talked about Dorinda Medley’s relationship and Jules Wainstein’s weight, adding that she does like Dorinda, sharing, “We had that amazing trip to London, and we shared a lot of things that I’ve never shared with anybody. We’ll always have that. She’s a very clever woman. She’s someone that I could see developing a deeper friendship with.”
