Marching on with our July 4th celebrity birthday reports , I bring you Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino who today leaves his twenties behind as he rolls over in to the big 3-0.
The Situation has had a fairly tumultuous year, notes E!Online . He surprised Jersey Shore fans when he announced he was headed to rehab earlier in the year for an addiction to prescription drugs. Fortunately, he made it through rehab and vowed to stay clean. So how is he going to spend his 4th of July/30th birthday celebration? According to Hollywood Gossip , who calls him “a man solely famous for his abdominal muscles, tolerance for alcohol, and unusual vocabulary,” The Situation might spend his day like he spends every other day – being The Situation: “we’d have to imagine there’s a lot of gym, some tanning and also a bit of laundry in his future.”
The only other celebrity birthday of note (that we know of thus far) is President Barack Obama’s own daughter Malia Obama, who turns 14 today. Oh, and then of course there’s The United States of America, which on this day officially turns 236.
I would leave you with some generic well-wishes on how to spend your 4th, perhaps telling you to enjoy the fireworks ( except they’ve been cancelled almost everywhere ) or maybe advising you to enjoy a cold one on me ( except that the 4th is the most dangerous driving holiday for thanks to drunkards ) so I guess I’ll just say “happy birthday, America” and enjoy your day off.
