Powerball Winning Numbers August 29: Watch $110 Million Jackpot Drawing Live Online

Hoping to win the $110 million Powerball jackpot Saturday night? If you match all six winning numbers drawn on August 29, you will be the lottery’s newest multi-millionaire.

According to USA Today , Powerball ticket holders have a 1-in-175 million chance to win the jackpot, but it’s fun to daydream about what you would do with the money if you beat the odds.

The winning numbers for August 29 are 18, 21, 25, 28, 29 PB 16

The last time someone won the Powerball jackpot was August 1. According to NBC Los Angeles , the winning ticket for the $110 million jackpot was sold at the Choice Market in South Los Angeles. The winner has yet to come forward to claim the prize, but the store owners received a check for $55,000 for selling the winning ticket.

How much will you get if you win the $110 million jackpot tonight? The August 29 $110 million Powerball jackpot has a cash value of $71.7 million. Winners have the choice of a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity.

The one-time payment for Saturday night’s jackpot would be roughly $71.7 million. Before payment is issued, federal and state taxes will be deducted from the check.

The Multi-State Lottery Association also offers a 30-year annuity for jackpot winners. Based on the full jackpot of $110 million, USA Mega reports that the winner would receive 30 average annual payments of $3.6 million each. The first payment is made to the winner once lottery officials verify the winning ticket.

If you don’t win the jackpot, there’s always a chance that you could win a non-jackpot prize, including a $1 million prize for matching five white balls and the red Powerball.

Here are the combinations you will need in order to win a non-jackpot Powerball prize.

Five white balls – $1,000,000 4 white balls and the red Powerball — $10,000 4 white balls — $100 3 white balls and the red Powerball — $100 3 white balls — $7 2 white balls and the red Powerball — $7 1 white ball and the red Powerball — $4 Just the Powerball — $4

Powerball tickets care sold at lottery retailers in 44 States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The cutoff time for buying a ticket varies, with some retailers selling tickets up until 10:45 p.m. ET and others cutting off sales an hour prior to the drawing.
