Shannon Beador has been sharing an emotional journey on The Real Housewives of Orange County this season. Even though last season was emotional for Shannon and her husband, this season is proving to be even worse. Right before the show was about to film, Shannon learned that her husband had been having an affair. Beador was devastated because she thought they were making progress.

Even though Shannon Beador knew that her marriage was in trouble, she never expected that David would cheat on her. And while Beador and her husband are opening up on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon isn’t pleased to discuss the affair in every scene where they are alone. And her husband feels the same thing.

According to a new Bravo report, Shannon Beador admits that her husband is a guy’s guy, so he isn’t one to discuss the details of the affair. In fact, he would prefer to keep these kinds of details to himself.

“David is a guy’s guy. He doesn’t love having long conversations analyzing our relationship, especially after infidelity. I understand that. There are times that both David or I ‘check out.’ That is reality. It’s only normal to want to take the easy way out and avoid the work. But we both end up going back and realizing why we our doing all of this — to repair our marriage and our family,” Shannon reveals about the current state of her marriage.

The Beadors have been going to therapy to work on their issues, but Shannon Beador was surprised that David didn’t want to discuss the affair with the therapist on his own. Maybe he already knows why he cheated on Shannon, but he doesn’t want to discuss it in detail.

“I am frustrated in our meeting that David does not want to do any individual therapy on his own. This was a tough moment for me. I need to know that we are both making an effort to repair our marriage. With the help of Tina and her team, that is happening today and it has put us on the fast track of healing,” Beador adds, hinting that she feels that David doesn’t see his wrongdoings in the affair.

According to the Inquisitr , Shannon Beador admits that they are doing well these days, even though it is painful to relive the emotions from a few months ago. But they are both dedicated to making the marriage work. Beador wants her husband to really show her that she is the top priority.

What do you think of Shannon Beador’s thoughts on David’s decision to skip out on individual therapy?
