Jennifer Lopez has won a cybersquatting case and secured the rights to jenniferlopez.net and jenniferlopez.org, both of which were registered by a third-party and used for commercial gain. Lopez filed a dispute against the owner via the World Intellectual Property Organization. It ruled in her favor this week, Reuters reports.

The owner of the domains — a Phoenix man named Jeremiah Tieman — will have to transfer them to Lopez’s foundation within 10 days. Tieman said he was using the domains for “fan sites” about Lopez. The WIPO, however, ruled that the names were being used commercially and “in bad faith.”

The fact that Lopez has her name registered as a trademark appears to be a key factor in the case. The ruling, according to Reuters, notes that the domains were “identical to the complainant’s mark.”
