The third and final Dragon Ball Xenoverse downloadable content pack launches on June 9, 2015, and it includes four glowing new characters from the Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F movie. Golden Frieza, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegeta, and Jaco the Galactic Patrolman each have a unique part to play in the latest Dragon Ball Z film . Thanks to the latest Xenoverse DLC pack, fans in North America can get a taste of the explosive powers of these characters before they hit the silver screen later this summer.

As the final chapter of additional content for Dragon Ball Xenoverse , players finally get to enjoy the end game of this popular battle brawler. Jaco the Galactic Patrolman unlocks as a Master, in addition to being a playable character. He serves as one of two final Masters available in the game, with the other being Elder Kai. Eight new Master Quests are a part of the content pack, along with seven more Z Souls to collect.
In addition to the four characters added to Dragon Ball Xenoverse with this DLC pack, players will also get one new gesture and a couple new accessories and costumes for existing characters. A scouter for Tagoma unlocks, in addition to Gohan’s “Tracksuit” costume. The Turtle Hermit gets his “Aloha Shirt” costume and an accessory set. Character upgrades are not just cosmetic in this add-on. Fourteen new skills unlock, as well.
The DLC drops in the U.S. about eight weeks before Dragon Ball fans in the states get to see the electrifying power-ups and Super Saiyan transformations on the big screen. According to the official North American website, Resurrection of F is being released under the simplified title Resurrection ‘F’ stateside. The movie, which is No. 19 in the Dragon Ball Z film series, will enjoy a limited theatrical run in North America from August 4 through August 12, 2015. In the U.S., Dragon Ball films have seen moderate success with their limited-time theater engagements. Last year’s release of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods earned over $2.5 million USD just at the domestic box office alone, according to Box Office Mojo .
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F has broken Japanese box office records. The theatrical teaser trailer shows off a brief glimpse of Golden Frieza.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC (Steam), Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. The Xenoverse Season Pass includes all three DLC packs for an MSRP of $24.99 USD. DLC packs one, two, and three are approximately $9.99 USD.
