Miley Cyrus is fighting back against reports that she’s pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, posting on social media a series of posts making fun of the rumors.
This week, Life & Style magazine published a cover story claiming that both Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez were pregnant, and that Justin was the father of both babies.
But Miley Cyrus appeared amused by the pregnancy rumor , posting a picture of the magazine’s cover on Instagram along with the caption, “And by the same man we mean @justinbieber.”
This is far from the first time that rumors claimed Miley was pregnant. Back in November, reports indicated that she and boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger were expecting. A source claimed that Miley found out about the pregnancy in October and waited to tell her boyfriend.
“In late October, she mentioned that her period was late,” a source told Life & Style . “She took two pregnancy tests. One came back negative — and the other came back positive. Friends are convinced she’s in the early stages of pregnancy.”
Celebrity gossip outlets also claimed a number of times over the course of Miley’s relationship with Liam Hemsworth that she was expecting, including one seeming unbelievable (and later debunked) report that she was joining a pregnant Snooki and Kourtney Kardashian about the celebrities raising their babies together.
This is not the first time Miley and Selena Gomez have been connected, either. The two young stars reportedly don’t get along very well, and sources said that Miley’s ex-fiancee, Liam Hemsworth, hooked up with Selena last year as a form of payback.
“He bragged about it to his friends,” the source told Hollywood Life . “It was just a one night stand, but Miley had no idea.”
“Miley hates Selena more than anyone in Hollywood and Liam knows that, so this is a huge slap in the face! If Liam really did hook up with Selena, it will be devastating. She doesn’t care who he sleeps with but Selena is the one exception to the rule,” the source added.
If Miley Cyrus is pregnant by Justin Bieber, it would come as an even bigger surprise. Miley and Patrick Schwarzenegger appear to have a budding relationship, and despite a few hiccups, seem to be growing stronger.
