RHOC ‘s Tamra Barney Judge and her ex-husband have settled their bitter custody battle over the couple’s teen daughter, Sydney. Simon Barney gets sole custody of the couple’s 16-year-old daughter.

According to the court order between Tamra Judge and Simon Barney, which was obtained by Radar Online , both parties will share legal custody of their daughter. However, Simon will have sole physical custody of Sydney. The Real Housewives of Orange County star gets visitation time with the teen every other weekend from Saturday at 12:00 p.m. until Sunday 12:00 p.m. and one day per week from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If Judge gets to visit with her daughter at any other times, it is at “Sydney’s discretion.”

The couple’s 16-year-old daughter has lived with her dad since late 2013 because, Simon Barney alleged in court documents filed in December of 2014, his daughter suffered from mental and physical health issues brought on by her mother’s behavior, according to Radar Online .

“She felt extreme anxiety at her mother’s home and because of [Tamra’s] inappropriate behavior. Sidney was facing difficulties in public and school because of Respondent’s public portrayal on the RHOC television show, which ultimately led to ridicule by Sidney’s friends and parents at school. This is why I have fought to fight [sic] for custody our daughter.”

In those prior court documents, Simon Barney also maintained that Tamra herself admitted to trying to alienate Sydney from her father by telling the teen she was no longer welcome in the Judge household because of Sydney’s closeness to her father.

In October, 2014, a judge ruled that Tamra would keep 50/50 custody of the couple’s two younger children, Spencer and Sophia, but did not rule on custody of Sydney until after mom and daughter participated in reunification therapy, as the Inquisitr previously reported.

In what may be a reference to Radar Online publishing a copy of the custody order, Tamra Judge took to Twitter Friday night with a message to fans just hours after the court documents were published online.

The court documents also indicate Tamra and Sydney are to continue therapy with Dr. Linda Grossman, a reunification counselor. The judge assigned the therapist to the case after Simon accused Judge of parental alienation. The parents were hopeful that therapy might also help repair the broken relationship between mother and daughter.

Both parties signed the custody settlement just two weeks before Tamra Judge became a grandmother .
