It’s true, ladies. According to several news reports, the hunky British actor has already tied the knot and is now permanently out of the single’s market. Last year, Cumberbatch, 38, surprised everyone by announcing his engagement to theater and opera director, playwright, actress, and singer Sophie Hunter in the newspaper .
A source told People that the couple will tie the knot in front of family and close friends Saturday in England, before taking off for Los Angeles. Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are expecting their first child later this year.

After the wedding, Benedict Cumberbatch and his new wife, Sophie Hunter, will spend a few relaxing days honeymooning in California before his next appearance at the Academy Awards ceremony on February 22.
