Will Janel Parrish share another “special moment” with Val Chmerkovskiy tonight on Dancing with the Stars ?
The Pretty Little Liars actress recently revealed how she feels about one of the most magical moments she and Val have shared on the show: their romantic Romeo and Juliet contemporary routine. What Janel Parrish wrote about the dance in her People magazine blog will do nothing to quell the rumors that she and Val Chmerkovskiy are dating.
“With contemporary, you can really express your emotions through the dance, so I loved being able to perform that and feel that while dancing it… I obviously really love dancing with Val too, so it was a very special moment for us both.”
It’s interesting that Janel said that she was expressing her emotions through the dance. It was a very romantic routine, so was she showing the world her true feelings for Val?
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Parrish has denied that she’s dating Chmerkovskiy. However, the dating rumors surrounding the pair persist, and they do have one of the best Dancing with the Stars showmances the competition has ever seen. Their lips are a very hot topic, and Bustle has even compiled a list of the numerous times the couple has almost kissed during their routines. Janelskiy’s total number of almost-kisses is 21, and they had the most near-misses during their Romeo and Juliet dance (9).
As you can see, they get very close to kissing at the beginning and end of their routine.
Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy might finally lock lips tonight on Dancing with the Stars . Viewers were given the chance to vote on who Janel should kiss at the end of tonight’s performance: Val Chmerkovskiy, Len Goodman, or Bruno Tonioli. Unsurprisingly, Janelskiy fans overwhelming voted to see Parrish and Chmerkovskiy share a smooch. The 22nd try is a charm.
Janel and Val will be performing two dances tonight. It’s American’s Choice week, so fans got to vote on everything from Parrish’s costume to Chmerkovskiy’s facial hair. Val is bringing back the beard, and America voted for the couple to dance the quickstep to “Hey Boy, Hey Girl.”
Janelskiy will also have to do a trio dance with DWTS pro Keo Motsepe , and Parrish revealed that paint will be involved in an Instagram post.

In her People blog, Parrish offered a few more details about the trio dance.
“The second dance is a trio, and we’re doing that with Keo Motsepe, so we’re calling it our “trio with Keo” and it’s going to be a salsa. We all have a trio and it’s up to us to decide how we go about that. We’ve decided on a really sexy kind of tribal salsa dance.”
She also described it as “raw and sexy and kind of animalistic.”
