According to royal sources, Prince William has been a pillar of support during Kate Middleton’s difficult pregnancy. Kate is now in her parent’s home in Bucklebury, Berkshire struggling to recover from hyperemesis gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness. Despite the love and support she’s received, rumors are circulating that Princess Kate vows that two kids are enough.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Kate has been horribly ill to the point where it has interfered with her royal duties. She is scheduled to meet the Singaporean president on October 21, but it’s looking less and less likely she’ll be able to make the appointment. She’s already had to cancel her trip to Malta, forcing William to take her place.

Some sources have reported that the Duchess of Cambridge is vomiting up to 30 times a day.

In addition to filling in for his sick wife, Prince William has been stepping up to make sure the Princess is getting the best help possible.

An royal source told the Boston Herald.

“William’s been amazing throughout all of this. He’s in constant communication with the doctors. He doesn’t like seeing Kate unwell and just wants her to get better so they can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy.”

In the meantime, their first child, one-year-old Prince George is in the care of his Spanish Nanny and is reportedly becoming adventurous.

Considering the severity of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) stopping at two children may be the healthiest option. According to the Hyperemesis Education & Research Foundation, women with HG like Kate Middleton, suffer from a long list of complications . They usually lose about 5 to 10 percent of their pre-pregnancy weight from the constant vomiting, which also puts the child at risk of low birth weight.

Despite the many reports that pass off HG as just morning sickness, it is a serious condition. And since Princess Kate has had the disease twice, with increasing severity, stopping at two might not only save William and Kate another nine months of agony, it might be the healthy thing to do.
