The Huffington Post has acquired IAC’s stake in comedy site 23/6, their comedy joint venture.
Under the deal, 23/6 will be folded into a new dedicated comedy section on the Huffington Post, although reports aren’t clear whether it would keep any part of its current name and branding. Features including Dickipedia will be remaining in place.

Rumors had been circulating that the not greatly successful 23/6 would fold as part of a shakeup at IAC. Traffic to the site is primarily from The Huffington Post itself, and notably has dropped off post election in line with a traffic drop at the Huffington Post.
