Ronnie and Sammi have split. The Jersey Shore stars have ended their relationship after five years of ups, downs, and all-arounds. The former reality stars actually broke up about two months ago, but Ronnie Ortiz-Magro says that they are still great friends. According to Yahoo! Celebrity, Ronnie attended the premiere of JWoww’s new flick, Jersey Shore Massacre when he revealed the news — which was evident because Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola was not on his arm (it appears as though she skipped out on the event for unknown reasons).
“Me and Sammi aren’t together anymore. We just grew our separate ways. She’s still a great person. I love her as a person and I care about her but we went our separate ways. That’s it. At the end of the day, we went through a lot of stuff together. We have a lot of history so I keep her close.”
Ronnie and Sammi have split in the past, several times actually, but they have always found their way back to one another. This time, however, it sounds like the two are completely done. Ronnie is off doing his own thing, perhaps getting prepared to dive into the acting world and take his career to the next level.
“I’m actually in school right now at UCB for improv. I’m on my second level. I’m actually going to scene study as well for acting.”
According to MTV , Sammi has not spoken out about the split . She probably doesn’t feel like she needs to say much of anything, anyway. Ronnie handled the situation really well, and it sounds like things are okay post-romance for the two. That’s a far cry from how it used to be. Remember these are two people who fought regularly and some of their craziest arguments were caught on camera. And yes, they were pretty epic.
Aside from Ronnie and Sammi’s split, other Jersey Shore news has involved babies. As previously reported by The Inquisitr , JWoww and her beau, Roger Mathews, recently welcomed a baby girl . Meilani has been the center of attention for much of the Shore family, and even Ronnie seems to be in love with her!
“She’s beautiful. She’s like, ‘I need attention! Look at me, look at me!’ And I’m looking and playing.”
Most of the Jersey Shore cast members are still good friends, and it’s great to see them sharing these new adult life-experiences with each other. Next on the list? Snooki is due to give birth to a baby girl later this year (she and beau Jionni LaValle are already parents to Lorenzo).
