Singing sensation Adele has been given the cover of October’s “British Vogue” edition along with an interview inside the pages of the popular lifestyle magazine.
Speaking to the magazine Adele opens up about her pre-show ritual in which she says:
“I puke quite a lot before going on stage. Though never actually on stage. But then, I s— myself before everything … the bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!”
She also takes some time to talk about her weight and the industries obsession with thin singers, actresses and other celebrities, noting:
“I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down. And I don’t want that in my life. I have insecurities, of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.”
The British songstress also reveals to British Vogue that she’s too distracted at the moment to have someone special in her life, while she says of her non-boyfriend situation “Besides, no one treats me as well as I do.”
Adele also reveals that she wants kids but that they better be boys who she feels she gets along with better, stating that she wants five boys because “girls can be so mean to each other.”
