Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans may be without her boyfriend David Eason for two months. The reality star’s boyfriend was reportedly sentenced to 60 days in jail and will likely be behind bars for the majority of that time.
According to Radar Online , David Eason will reportedly be serving time in jail for violating a restraining order against him earlier this year. Eason allegedly violated a domestic violence protective order that was filed against him by one of the mothers of his two children. Like Jenelle Evans, David has two children from two different relationships and is expecting a third with Jenelle.
The protective order was filed back in October of 2015 when David allegedly became physically violent with his ex while she was pregnant with their child. According to the order, David assaulted his ex by grabbing her around the throat and threatening to kill her.
David is now not allowed to see the child, a boy named Kaden, or his mother. In March, Eason was arrested after he spotted Kaden in the grocery store with relatives. The relatives reportedly told David not to approach the child, but the warrant states that he did anyway, hugging and “grabbing” the little boy. Eason was arrested shortly after.
Starcasm reports that Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend had been arrested at least nine times prior to the latest incident. The Teen Mom 2 star has previously been busted for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while impaired, reckless driving, failure to appear, willful and wanton injury to real property, and more.
Jenelle Evans is seemingly standing by her man during the legal drama. Recently, the Teen Mom 2 star posted a sweet message to David Eason on Twitter and Instagram. The mini love letter shouted out the couple’s one year anniversary at the end of September. Meanwhile, Jenelle is busy preparing to become a mother of three. Although her oldest son, Jace, is currently still in the legal custody of her mother, Barbara, Evans plans to regain full custody in the near future. Jenelle’s other son, Kaiser, is currently being raised by Jenelle and David while having visitation with his father, Nathan Griffith.
Evans will welcome her third child in January. The baby, which Jenelle and David have revealed is a little girl, will be named Einsley Jolie. Having David gone for two months will likely be stressful for the reality star. Jenelle has come to rely on David to help her with her children as well as for emotional support. The couple has been going strong for a year now and continue to build their life together.
Meanwhile, Jenelle’s Teen Mom 2 co-stars have also been very busy. Leah Messer has been taking care of her three daughters as her ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert plans his wedding. Kailyn Lowry is in the midst of a divorce from her husband, Javi Marroquin, and Chelsea Houska, who is also pregnant, married her longtime boyfriend, Cole DeBoer over the weekend. Chelsea and Cole wed in a very small, private ceremony in their hometown, but promise to throw a bigger bash once their new little bundle of joy is born.
It doesn’t seem likely that Jenelle Evans and David Eason will be invited to the wedding as Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer don’t seem very close when many members of the Teen Mom 2 cast. Fans are hoping that Houska and DeBoer’s second wedding celebration will be caught by MTV cameras and shared with fans, as the first one was kept under wraps.
