The fallout from the split between Kimberly Guilfoyle and Donald Trump Jr. continues to present the public with new developments, adding tension to an already stressed situation.
The eldest son of President Trump, Don Jr., is now engaged to Bettina Anderson, and their relationship seems to be moving forward quickly. The couple became engaged in December 2025, and a bridal shower is scheduled for April 2026, hinting that the wedding will take place soon.
According to The List, the rapid developments in Don Jr. and Anderson’s wedding contrast sharply with his past with his ex-fiancee, Guilfoyle. The former couple dated for years but never married. They also kept the news of their engagement a secret for almost a year. After announcing their engagement, Don Jr. and Guilfoyle soon ended their relationship.

Reportedly, Don Jr. had grown quite close to Anderson months before his breakup with Guilfoyle. Their interactions were also getting enough attention from the public at the time. On the other hand, Guilfoyle was facing speculations and gossips before finally splitting up in December 2024.
Hence, the upcoming bridal shower event for Anderson could be another difficult moment for Guilfoyle. Some sources report that she reacted calmly to the engagement news. Apparently, the bridal shower has an extensive guest list with many to attend, though Kimberly will be in Greece, far from the celebrations.
Don Jr. and Guilfoyle have remained in touch through their shared assets. In 2021, they reportedly bought a Florida mansion worth approximately $10 million. Even after their separation, they were linked to the property. It was not until February 2026 that the house was officially listed for sale. The delay in the process was allegedly due to the remaining personal ties.

Guilfoyle, who is currently the U.S. ambassador to Greece, might be feeling stressed or dejected with how things are unfolding in Don Jr.’s relationship with Anderson. One close associate told Radar, “She is worried about the stuff she’s leaving behind. The last thing she wants to do is see Bettina using something she owns.”
Nevertheless, Don Jr. and Guilfoyle are also busy with their political commitments besides the ongoing personal drama in their lives.
