Alex Jones, the Infowars founder and far-right broadcaster, has revealed his thoughts about Donald Trump on the Infowars show. Speaking on a recent episode, Jones claimed that Trump appeared unwell, pointing to what he described as major physical and verbal changes.
While the media narrative that Donald Trump is unwell and suffers from cognitive and physical issues is not new, Alex Jones’ emotional address about the 79-year-old could raise additional questions among viewers.
“When your ankles swell to three times their size, that means heart failure. He does look sick and babbles. Sounds like the brain is not doing well,” Jones said.
“And so, we just cut back on Trump, and we just mobilize against the Democrats, and we mobilize against neocons, and we primary them, and we fight even harder,” he added.
According to AlterNet, Alex Jones urged his audience to shift focus from Trump to important political issues in the United States. He also claimed health issues may have affected the soon-to-be 80-year-old president, making him unfit to lead.

This comes after the White House released a medical report following an April 2025 checkup, which revealed Donald Trump was “in excellent health.” His body weight and other vitals were shared with the public in a statement.
In March, reports suggested that potential US-Israel military activity involving Iran may have affected Trump’s approval ratings ahead of the November 2026 midterm elections.
While he still holds strong support among Republican loyalists, with over 80% approving of his leadership, public opinion on Operation Epic Fury is mixed, with many questioning the future of the attacks.
According to polling averages from RealClearPolitics, about 42.3 percent of Americans approve of Trump’s performance, while 55.2 percent disapprove.
Due to declining numbers and growing resentment toward Donald Trump’s tenure, Jones expressed concern about declining support among conservatives. “Trump is in freefall, and that means we’re in freefall in the midterms,” he said.
Alex Jones suggested speculation about health issues might influence Donald Trump’s erratic decision-making on Iran, reflecting poorly on the broader MAGA movement.
“Trump’s run off the edge of a cliff, and I don’t think he’s coming back from it,” Jones said.
Previously, in The Daily Beast podcast, Dr. John Gartner, a former Johns Hopkins University faculty member, warned that Trump has been displaying a “massive increase” in clinical signs of dementia, which he says is fueling his narcissism, resulting in allegedly constant tactics to stay in the spotlight.

Gartner claimed that Trump often deviates from one topic to another during interviews and speeches, and the shifts make no linear sense. According to Gartner, these linguistic slips are known as “phonemic paraphasia.”
Similarly, other critics like Mary Trump and author Michael Wolff have also analyzed his behavior and raised concerns in several interviews.
Meanwhile, Jones said, “Trump needs an intervention; he needs to take some time off. We need to pray for Trump, for the Holy Spirit to touch his heart and set him free from whatever evil control he’s under. I’m serious.”

He has previously criticized the president’s approach to foreign policy, reaffirming his stance in March that it clashes with the “America First” principles that helped secure Trump a second term.
He also claimed that key figures from the Trump administration, including Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, have chosen to remain “loyal” to Trump, but in reality, he is allegedly reacting with frustration.
Journalist Jen Psaki has slammed MAGA allies for simplifying the presidential briefing about the war and compared Trump’s ability to grasp information to that of a “toddler.”
“Just give the baby an iPad with lots of flashing lights and big booms and hope it keeps its attention,” she added.
