Nicki Swift spoke with plastic surgeon Dr. Dennis Schimpf about the massive change that one can see in Kimberly Guilfoyle. Ever since Guilfoyle began her career as a political commentator, viewers have often speculated what kind of work the diplomat has done.
The former ambassador of the United States to Greece recently posted an image from her past, which stood in stark contrast to how she looks today.
Schimpf was very appreciative of the look that Guilfoyle had before her cosmetic surgeries. He laid out in vivid detail each procedure that the diplomat might have had.
Kimberly starved herself and altered her body and face with implants, Botox and fillers.

The doctor stated, “I think initially she started out with Botox to her forehead, crow’s feet around her eyes, and glabella area. [Patients] come back for more and more filler over time, continuously adding to the pre-existing filler to the point where they begin to look overdone. “
While Botox is relatively small compared to most cosmetic procedures, Schimpf revealed that Guilfoyle might have gotten more drastic work done. He revealed, “It appears she has most likely had a neck and lower or possibly complete facelift in an effort to maintain her tight jawline and neck and address jowling that occurs with natural aging.”
The doctor advised her to dial back on the fillers, given what they were doing to her face. This seems to be advice that Guilfoyle is already taking. While the contrast between her throwback picture and her current appearance opened up conversations about plastic surgery, it all exploded thanks to a social media image.
This particular snap was from the Cinco de Mayo get-together at the White House. The image did not seem to have any heavy filter, and was a candid photo of the diplomat.
Netizens described the image, saying Guilfoyle’s face was melting, with her nose and eyes sunken. There seems to be a lot of chatter about the amount of plastic surgery that she has had, which seems to have become a trend at the White House. The Mar-a-Lago face phenomenon seems to have ensnared a lot of political elites.

However much your health insurance premiums just went up, that’s a small price to pay for not having Mar A Lago face. pic.twitter.com/gAZ85F4px0

This also comes at a time when Hollywood seems to be going through its own cosmetic blunder as celebrities become over-reliant on Ozempic. It remains to be seen if these trends leave those who are supposed to be in front of cameras, or just become an expected step for anyone who has a waning political or entertainment career.
