Celebrity chef Paula Deen is reportedly heading to Dancing with the Stars for the upcoming season!
Us Weekly reports that the former Food Network star will make her way to the dance floor among a growing list of other celebrities.

The 68-year-old cooking show host is now the third confirmed contestant for the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars .
This is not the first time that Paula Deen has been presented with an offer to dance for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy.
She was reportedly offered a chance to join the DWTS list of competitors back in 2013. However, an insider claimed that the dance floor was “not the appropriate forum for her” at the time – especially since Paula was dropped from Food Network after her controversial comments from a videotaped deposition made headlines.
On Monday, Bindi Irwin (daughter of the late Steve Irwin) confirmed her involvement during an interview on Good Morning America .
Nick Carter, a longtime member of the Backstreet Boys, was recently reported as the second confirmed contestant.
In an interview with Us Weekly , Carter revealed that his friend – two-time contestant Joey Fatone from N’Sync – encouraged him to do it.
“[Joey] talks about it all the time and I was really debating if I wanted to do it, and he said, ‘It’s a great experience, it keeps you in shape and it’ll teach you a lot of stuff.’ He said, ‘You’ll get what you put into it.’ And I’m a hard worker, so I think it’ll be fun.”
Paula Deen is definitely not the first person in their 60s to compete on Dancing with the Stars .
68-year-old Suzanne Somers and 71-year-old Patti LaBelle both competed on the DWTS dance floor last year during the show’s 20th season.

Excited fans and skeptical critics alike will be able to see Paula Deen hit the dance floor alongside other celebrity contestants when the new Dancing with the Stars season premieres Monday, September 14.
