It seems that Karoline Leavitt, the youngest press secretary in the history of The White House, cannot leave the spotlight even for a minute. When not drawing attention for her blatant loyalty to Donald Trump and all that he says, she is scrutinized for her looks, which, a lot of people claim is the result of going through multiple surgeries.
It is important to note here that the Right wing ladies have always been criticized for leaning heavily toward cosmetic producers that often completely changed their looks. Drawing the same reference, one user on X posted, “Karoline Leavitt HATES photos that show her Mar-a-Lago face.” The ‘Mar-a-Lago face’ refers here to the women in Trump’s circle who have undergone heavy plastic surgeries and changed different parts of their bodies.

Leavitt’s pictures from her younger days are often compared to what she looks like now and the differences seen between her looks fuel the plastic surgery rumors. Another user on X also referred to the Mar-a-Lago face phenomenon and commented, “Someone should make a documentary film about the extensive and permanent mutilation by plastic surgery of hundreds if not thousands of MAGA women.”
Another user went rather specific and mentioned the kind surgeries she might have done, saying, “She seems to have gotten a nose job, plumped lips, and Botoxed all of the expression out of her face.” These claims were backed up by Dr. Frederick Weniger, board-certified plastic surgeon from Hilton Head, South Carolina as he told Nicki Swift, “The comparison suggests a notable change in nasal contour, particularly in the definition of the bridge and tip.”
He further added, “To me, the earlier image shows a slightly broader nasal bridge and rounder tip, while the more recent appearance reflects a slimmer bridge and a more refined, elevated tip, characteristics consistent with subtle rhinoplasty.”
The surgeon also mentioned that while the appearance of one’s nose might look different because of lighting and camera angles, that did not seem to be the case in Leavitt’s case as he added, “The perfect contour lines and angles of her current nose suggest a very well-executed rhinoplasty.”
These surgery rumors have also led to netizens saying that perhaps Leavitt is constantly doing these surgeries to look like Melania Trump as one user commented on X, “It appears to me that Karoline Leavitt has had work done on her face to become similar to Melania.” Another one added, “Karoline Leavitt clearly had her 60yr old husband pay for plastic surgery on the forehead, eyebrows, nose, cheeks, and chin. Pretty much her entire face.”

Another user further said, “What the HELL has Karoline Leavitt done with her looks? ! A nose job and god knows what else. She’s gone full Kardashian and not in a good way. Compare what she used to look like.”
While these rumors show no signs of stopping, Leavitt has not addressed them publicly and continues to do her job. Despite the trolls and criticisms, she continues to show her loyalty to Trump and his administration, even if that means selective response to opposing and criticizing views.
