The US President’s son, Barron Trump, has become the target of mockery on social media, with users criticizing Donald Trump’s decision to bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities without congressional approval. Some have even called for Barron to enlist in the US Army as a form of recompense for his father’s actions.
This act of war, which the United States has brought in, has led to wry comparisons between the president’s famous draft avoiding the Vietnam War and his son Barron Trump, who is currently 19 years old, who is now eligible to enlist in the armed forces.
There have been several posters taking a hike on social media concerning Barron Trump, who would likely avoid a draft if one were to be implemented using the same “bone spurs” excuse his father did in 1968.
“Don’t panic, MAGA; not a single Trump ‘male’ will be anywhere near the fighting,” one user wrote on X. “Barron already has developed preemptive fake bone spurs.” Trump sent a small fleet of B-2 bomber aircraft, dropping “bunker bombs” on Iran’s key nuclear sites last week. Following that, he eventually claimed the mission was an overwhelming success and added that facilities had been “obliterated.”
Earlier reports stated that the attacks had merely set the nuclear program of Iran back a few months and also added that the damage wasn’t as severe as Trump had said. Besides, the President also claimed that he had brokered a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, which came shortly after the bombing and also performed victory laps around the notion.
All these negotiations by the US President ended the “12 Day War,” as he called it.
However, when both of the countries violated the ceasefire called by Trump the next day, he only got frustrated. On Friday, he said during a press summarizing that he would “without question” attack again if U.S. intelligence concluded that the uranium enrichment facilities of Iran were adequately operational.
However, it is unclear if the ground troops of the United States will be sent into Iran, and amidst that scenario, there’s been a growing push in the digital world urging Barron Trump to enlist in the Army.
“If Trump decides USA should get involved in a ground war in Iran, I assume Baron will be enlisting since Trump family has so much love and support for our troops? Be a patriot!” one user wrote, according to The Spun. “SHOULD BARRON BE DEPLOYED FIRST? Before anyone else’s child is set to Iran, Barron needs to enlist and be sent to the fort lines in the war his father unconstitutionally started. Your thoughts?” another wrote.

“It should be mandatory that any sitting President who starts a war (which means every Republican) their sons MUST enlist and MUST serve in combat,” another user said. “There is no reason why Barron is living in NYC with his Step Daddy Hank, living life like a normal 19 year old. He should be in boot camp right now. Or, get deported back to the country of which he sprung with his Mother.”
