Valeria Marquez, who was a famous TikTok influencer, was shot dead on a livestream. The person, who is suspected of killing her, has left a bouquet of red roses outside her salon. The pictures were quickly shared on various social media platforms, and many sharp-eyed people noticed that a message was included with the bouquet.
According to the prosecutors, Marquez, 23, was working at her salon in the city of Zapopan, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico, on Tuesday, when a man broke in. He brutally shot her dead during a TikTok livestream she was hosting. The Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office reported that the beauty influencer was filming content at Blossom The Beauty Lounge. The man entered the place and fired three shots at Marquez with a firearm.
However, just when her fans, acquaintances, and others were mourning her tragic death, a mysterious bouquet of red roses appeared right outside the Blossom The Beauty Lounge on Tuesday.
The roses were left in a vase with a ribbon. A black decorative paper was wrapped around the bouquet as well. However, people noticed that the suspect had also left a chilling note, as per The Sun. It simply said “PERDON,” which is sorry in English.
Due to the note, many thought the bouquet looked suspicious. Some even suggested that it was from the killer. As chaos ensued, local authorities rushed to the place. They then removed it after they collected evidence from the bouquet.

According to the investigation, the 23-year-old social media influencer was initially shot in the chest, allegedly by a man who entered her shop pretending to bring her a gift. Some disturbing images have surfaced showing that Marquez was scanning the entrance to her shop and then looked down at the bullet wounds on her chest.
The livestream then showed her getting k—-d by a headshot. Viewers were initially perplexed, but later they were terrified of what actually happened to her. Some even refused to believe that it was a real incident. The suspect immediately fled the scene on a motorbike. He allegedly had an accomplice. Local media also reported that two of them arrived outside her establishment, posing as deliverymen.
The shooter allegedly told her that he had an “expensive gift” for her before opening fire. Although paramedics rushed to the scene, she was already pronounced dead. The livestream was later taken down from her TikTok page, which had many followers, just like her Instagram, which boasts 84,000 fans.
A probe has been launched since then. Infobae claimed that a man had been named as the prime suspect, but the investigators denied it. “That name is not formally included in the file, nor has it been mentioned in testimony,” they stated.

Marquez’ livestream has since been removed from TikTok.
