The team at Hennessey Performance Engineering have posted a Corvette Stringray video in which the sports car hits the quarter-mile marker in just 12.23 seconds.
The vehicles factory stock equipment includes automatic transmission, Z51 & 3LT packages.
VBox acceleration testing showed acceleration from 0-60 mph in 4.15 sec. and 0-100 mph in 9.50 sec.
What might be most impressive is that Hennessey Performance Engineering is just getting started and has promised improved performance tests.
The car shown in the video is the first customer-owned C7 Stingray to hit the strip. The 12.23 seconds included a trap speed of 114.88 mph.
