Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer , who has been promoting a healthy lifestyle since the start of the New Year, recently shared an updated photo of herself with her 2.2 million Instagram followers.
In the post, Leah showed off her toned abs in a new selfie. Dressed in black workout pants and a gray sports bra, the 27-year-old reality star posed for the picture that accentuated her stomach. The update showed two side-by-side pictures in which the mom-of-three wore the same outfit.
She rocked her long brown hair down and with some curl. Her long nails had been manicured with a combination of nail polish colors.
In the first photo, Leah faced the camera while showing off her toned abs. She smiled for the photo and appeared to be posing without wearing any makeup.
For the second photo, Leah turned her body to the side to give fans a peek at her abs from that angle. Her hair partially covered one half of her face as she smiled. A bracelet is visible on her wrist and she is also accessorizing with a pair of earrings and a ring on her index finger.
In the caption, Leah claimed that the Flat Tummy app had been “exactly what she needed” in order to take the resolution she set for the New Year “seriously.”
Within the first few days of being posted, the photo received over 17,000 likes from Leah’s followers.
Her update also earned plenty of positive comments.

“I would never guess you were a mom of three!,” another fan commented said, adding three fame emoji.

This isn’t the first time Leah has shared athletically oriented updates to Instagram. Two weeks ago, she uploaded a photo of her rocking gym body while she sat in a gym wearing workout attire with a fitness ball nearby. Just after the New Year began, Leah Messer announced via Instagram that she would be using the Flat Tummy App in the New Year. She came under fire from fans who criticized her for promoting weight loss to her fans. Despite the negative backlash, it appears that Leah intends to continue sharing updates about her weight loss.
