Despite the overly excited press squealing that Angelina Jolie had given birth, People has stepped up to contradict the whole thing:

“Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France,” a rep for the actress told PEOPLE.

People’s report comes after NOW mag had even stated that on the baby’s names as Isla Marcheline and Amelie Jane, with Entertainment Tonight stating that an unidentified source had confirmed the birth. But it looks like People has the last word at the mo. Good thing they cleared that up– I bet a lot of crazed fans had started panicking that their welcome baby baskets weren’t totally prepped yet. People has now bought them some time, I think.

Angelina is reportedly due for a Cesarean in mid-July.
