‘GTA Online’ CEO Businesses And Vehicles Now Half Off, Executive Profits Increased This Weekend

Never letting fans go long without some kind of special in-game event, Rockstar Games is currently hosting a weekend full of bonus offers for Grand Theft Auto Online users. Between now and Monday morning, players can earn extra cash and RP for participating in specific activities within GTA V‘s online multiplayer mode.

In addition to extra rewards, the developer also announced that they are holding a series of in-game sales that will give GTA Online users the chance to pick up their own Executive Office for 50 percent off. With their own offices, Grand Theft Auto fans can become the CEO to their own business organizations.

To give new executives a jump start on becoming profitable, this weekend’s event also includes a 25 percent discount on all special cargo crates. CEO players in GTA Online who also own a warehouse can store these cargo crates until they are ready to sell the goods from their property for huge profits.

Players needing to earn some additional cash to pay for an executive office during the sale can get extra money for joining several different Adversary Modes that have been recently added to Grand Theft Auto Online. Joining any of these select match types will grant participants with additional monetary rewards.

“Starting today, team up to protect the Executive Target and earn Double GTA$ & RP in Entourage, Extraction and Hunting Pack. Also earn Double GTA$ & RP in Deadline as you hop on your Shotaro and utilize power-ups to obliterate foes with your light trail.”

For this weekend only, anyone that logs onto the game will also receive an exclusive paisley smoking jacket for their Grand Theft Auto Online characters. The unique clothing item will be available in any clothing store for free until the event ends on Monday.

The discounts on executive offices will help more players be prepared for the upcoming Import/Export update that is scheduled to release for GTA Online later in December. While detailing the upcoming free DLC late last month, Rockstar Games revealed that the title’s next content update will focus on a return to the franchise’s central theme of car stealing.

The Import/Export update will give CEO players the ability to store stolen vehicles on their executive properties before accepting missions to attempt to sell the illicit cars. The DLC will also include new ways to keep personal vehicles with new warehouses that will be sold as an expansion to executive offices. These multi-floored garages will be capable of storing up to 60 vehicles, drastically increasing storage space in GTA Online.

“Stealing and dealing high-end vehicles is serious business. Building on the supply chains of Further Adventures in Finance and Felony, Import/Export introduces a whole new series of criminal pursuits as CEOs and their organizations boost, modify and resell the most wanted vehicles in the city for big profits. It will take talent, coordination and the tactical use of some brand new Special Vehicles to get the job done, all while staying one step ahead of the police and rival challengers from across the city and countryside.”

This isn’t the first time that Rockstar Games has temporarily lowered the cost of Grand Theft Auto Online‘s various high-end businesses. As the Inquisitr reported in November, the developer also recently discounted the new biker clubhouse properties as part of an anniversary celebration for GTA V. During the previous event, the biker business properties were available to gamers for 25 percent off. While this wasn’t as big of a sale as the current offer, biker clubhouses are a much newer addition to the game than CEO offices which were first introduced in the Further Adventures of Finance and Felony update.

Do you plan on taking advantage of this weekend’s sale on executive offices so you can become a CEO in GTA Online?
