CM Punk Punches Fan At Monday Night Raw [Video]
CM Punk could be facing criminal charges after he punched one of his fans at Monday Night Raw.
Punk was standing in the stands when Vince McMahon challenged him to fight John Cena next week.
“How about you face John Cena. It’s your decision Punk. You make up your mind. And if you don’t make up your mind by next week I’ll make it up for you.”
Punk stares McMahon down from the stairs when a fan bumps into him. Punk then turns around and hits the fan.
Laura Cole, a reporter for CBS 13 in Sacramento, talked to the fan after the match. According to Cole, the unnamed fan claims that he did nothing to provoke the attack. Cole told Larry Brown Sports that the man plans on filing charges against CM Punk.
Several videos of the incident have popped up online. The videos show that Punk is touched by several fans before he finally looses his cool and attacks the man who bumped into him.
You can’t really blame Punk for getting upset with people touching him. But then again, if you don’t want fans touching you then you probably shouldn’t stand in the middle of a crowd.

I don't think he should he was obviously being harassed. That guy should just harden the fuck up if he got punched by someone else he wouldn't go for criminal charges he just wants the money
