Jaden Smith Still Not Dead As Death Hoax Goes Viral Again

Jaden Smith has not responded to the death hoax that has been circulating on the internet for over a month.

Although the actor maintains an active social media account, many people think Jaden Smith is dead. A hoax that has gone viral on Facebook multiple times has resurfaced and claims that the Will Smith’s son committed suicide.

The Get Down actor has also posted pictures with his girlfriend Sarah Snyder proving he is alive.

The hoax doesn’t seem to be losing steam on Facebook as many Google searches surrounding Jaden Smith are related to the death hoax.

According to Google data metrics most searches for Jaden Smith over the past week come from the United States, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria and the Philippines. Over the past 24 hours Haiti, Australia, Nigeria and the United Kingdom are the regions searching whether Jaden Smith is dead the most.

The most common searches for Jaden Smith wonder if the star committed suicide.

Miley Cyrus and Sylvester Stallone were also victims of a similar death hoax. All the fake news stories surrounding celebrity death or suicide seem to be emerging from the same source, which is a news site that creates fake stories for the purpose of getting user information off of Facebook.

The website then gets permission to post on the user’s page and shares the death hoax.

Some users have also shared the Jaden Smith death hoax because they believe the Karate Kid actor is actually dead.

The fake news site also promises to deliver footage of the suicide, which is the clickbait used to lure Facebook users.

There are also rumors that Jaden Smith is making an announcement that he is transgender. The 18-year-old actor has an eccentric fashion sense, which has led to speculation about his sexuality.

According to Just Jared, Jaden Smith spoke about his gender fluid style during an interview:

“I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms. I feel like people don’t really get it,” Jaden said. “I’m not saying that I get it, I’m just saying that I’ve never seen any distinction.”

While the young actor has a lot of critics, he also has fans that praise him for not caring about what other people think.

While the actor has not responded to death rumors, he spoke to Nylon Magazine about his confidence and he also gave advice to those who may suffer from low-self-esteem.

“You just have to believe in yourself, you know. The world is going to keep bashing me for whatever I do, and I’m going to keep not caring. I’m going to keep doing the same things—I’m going to keep doing more things. I’m going to take most of the blows for my fellow MSFTS. So, you know, in five years when a kid goes to school wearing a skirt, he won’t get beat up and kids won’t get mad at him. It just doesn’t matter. I’m taking the brunt of it so that later on, my kids and the next generations of kids will all think that certain things are normal that weren’t expected before my time.”

His latest effort The Get Down is a big budget Netflix original. Jaden Smith’s most popular film is the Karate Kid and the actor also makes music.

Jaden Smith is not dead and his activity on social media doesn’t seem to kill the rumor.

Some of the fake stories Photoshop the CNN or Fox News logo to make the death hoax look real.

The fake story has not been featured on Facebook trending topics, which met some controversy earlier this year.

So there you have it Jaden Smith dead? Not quite, the actor is still alive and well.
