Amber Heard’s Divorce Rocked By ‘Secret Photo’ As She Embarks On Dating Relationship With Elon Musk?
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are in the midst of a messy divorce and according to a new report, the actor has a list of nearly two dozen witnesses who could potentially take the stand on his behalf — and that’s not all.
Following Amber Heard’s late arrival to her deposition days ago, a source has revealed details of Depp’s plan of attack, claiming the actor has lined up a slew of witnesses and also has a “secret photo” that could prove he is innocent of Amber Heard’s abuse claims against him.
On August 9, TMZ gave a list of Depp’s list of witnesses, which included two of the officers who responded to a 911 call in May and saw no evidence of injury, and five workers in their Los Angeles condo building who saw Amber Heard in the days that followed Depp’s alleged attack and also saw no evidence of abuse.
Two security guards who were in the unit on May 21 were also on the list, as was Amber Heard’s publicist and a housekeeper, who is reportedly expected to testify about a “discovery” made in the home.
As for the secret photo, Depp’s court documents read, “For privacy reasons, this exhibit is being served on petitioners [Amber Heard and team] and will be supplied to the court at the time of hearing.”

As Amber Heard continues her court battle against her husband of just over one year, rumors continue to swirl regarding her possible romance with Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla Motors. Just last week, Amber Heard was spotted out with Musk and her fellow actress, Cara Delevingne, at London hotspot, The Box.
According to a report by the Daily Mail on August 3, Amber Heard and her “rumored billionaire boyfriend” partied at The Box with the cast of Suicide Squad, including Delevingne and Jared Leto, before they were spotted leaving the venue together.
As the outlet revealed, Musk, who has been “spending a lot of time” with Amber Heard in recent weeks, is also in the midst of a divorce from actress Talulah Riley, whom he divorced and remarried only to part ways for a second time this past March.
“We got married, we got divorced. We got remarried, we filed for divorce, we retracted that divorce. We filed for divorce again recently,” Riley recently told The Australian, via E! News. Then, when asked if she was a millionaire, Riley joked, “I haven’t checked my net worth, recently.”
Around the same time, Musk’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Riley, discussed the possibility of a future reconciliation.
“I mean, never say never,” she explained to the Daily Mail. “Marriage is a social construct, but I still believe in it. Elon and I are best friends. We still see each other all the time and take care of each other. If this could continue indefinitely it would be lovely. When you’ve been with someone for eight years on and off, you really learn how to love them. He and I are very good at loving each other.”

In July, Amber Heard first sparked rumors of a potential relationship with Musk after she and her sister were spotted at his hotel bungalow in Miami. Then, the rumors continued to generate buzz as the actress visited the businessman at his Los Angeles office, and he reportedly treated her to a “one-one dinner” at his home.
Amber Heard’s potential love interest is a father of five and is reportedly worth $12.5 billion dollars.
