‘DWTS’ Season 23: JoJo Fletcher, Teresa Giudice Joining ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Cast In September?
It’s almost time for another season of Dancing with the Stars, with ABC confirming that DWTS Season 23 will premiere on September 12.
With just six weeks to go before the first night of competition, there will be cast rumors galore in the coming weeks as the folks at ABC try to keep the lineup of celebrities and pro-dance partners from leaking out online.
Although the Dancing with the Stars Season 23 cast reveal won’t air on Good Morning America until around the first week of September, names of celebrities who may be putting on their dancing shoes are already creating a buzz including Teresa Giudice from the Bravo reality series, The Real Housewives of Jersey, and The Bachelorette star Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher.

Teresa Giudice, who was released from prison in December, recently told Reality TV World that she once turned down an offer to be a part of the DWTS cast, but now she is determined to join the show.
“I love Dancing with the Stars” Teresa told RTW. “It’s one of my favorites. They did ask me to be on it, but I couldn’t because I was doing Housewives. I just don’t know how I’m going to do that with the four kids and going to California. But I would love to be on it.”
Giudice’s husband, Joe, is currently serving a 41-month sentence at Fort Dix federal prison, so she’s juggling book signing appearances, filming for Real Housewives, and managing the busy schedules of her four daughters, Gia, Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.
That doesn’t leave her much time for the intense rehearsals that are required to compete on DWTS, but if she’s asked to join the show, there is no doubt that Teresa will figure out how to make it work.
Another reality star rumored to be joining the Dancing with the Stars Season 23 cast is Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher. The 25-year-old Texas beauty hands out her final rose on Monday, August 1, and then she will either bask in the glow of her newfound love or reveal that she is single.

Either way, she’s expressed interest in joining DWTS, and she would follow in the footsteps of several other Bachelor and Bachelorette stars, so why not?
Last week, JoJo told Glamour’s Jessica Radloff that she would “think about it” if ABC asked her to join the celebrity dance competition. Although it’s not clear if the network has already approached her with an offer, she told Glamour that she’s not sure what career path she will take once the Bachelorette is over, so it sounds like she will have some free time on her hands to practice her Foxtrot and Tango.
“I got a chance to go to one of the live shows last season, and I was blown away with how unbelievable that show was. I think that if the opportunity came up, I would think about it because it seems like one of the coolest, most challenging things you could do. I would definitely consider it.”
Dancing with the Stars fans should start hearing the names of more celebrities rumored to be joining the upcoming season over the next few weeks as the premiere date gets closer.
According to the Daily Mail, judge Len Goodman will return to the show after inking a $3.3 million deal. So far, Carrie Ann and Bruno are expected to return as well, but there is no word as to whether or not Julianne Hough will return to the judges’ table for Season 23.
Fans should expect to see the official DWTS cast announcement on Good Morning America during the first week of September, or perhaps a few days earlier.
