Full Schedule Of Fourth Of July 2016 Entertainment At Walt Disney World And Live Stream From Magic Kingdom

When it comes to the Fourth of July, there are so many great fireworks displays and themed forms of entertainment to enjoy all around the country. Some cities and states don’t allow fireworks to be purchased and fired off, as they are illegal, but there are other things to do and see. For those that are going to be in Orlando this weekend, there will be a lot of great and exciting things to witness at Walt Disney World as they salute America right.

For those not in Orlando and at the Disney Parks, you won’t miss out as there will also be a live stream online for everyone to witness the huge fireworks on Monday night.

Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will each have a grand ending to the night on Monday as the Fourth of July comes to a close. Even though Disney’s Animal Kingdom is now staying open later, it will not have any kind of fireworks for the obvious reason of the presence of the animals.

As for the other three parks, here is the full Fourth of July 2016 entertainment schedule that will actually begin on Sunday, July 3.

Magic Kingdom

Park Hours

  • July 3, 2016: 9 a.m. — 1 a.m. with Extra Magic Hours of 1 a.m. — 3 a.m.
  • July 4, 2016: 8 a.m. — 1 a.m.

At 9 p.m., on both nights, Magic Kingdom will present “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky.” These 360-degree fireworks will light up the night from behind Cinderella Castle and all around.

If you aren’t in Walt Disney World this weekend, don’t worry. The Disney Parks Blog is going to live-stream the Magic Kingdom fireworks on Monday night. Viewers can click this link and at 8:50 p.m. ET, a new blog post will appear to show the fireworks as they happen.

Disney has done this type of thing before, and it is usually met with a lot of positive attention.

Epcot

Park Hours

  • July, 2016: 9 a.m. — 10 p.m.

Epcot will have a number of events happening throughout the day as The Voices of Liberty will sing at 12:30 p.m., 1:45 p.m., and 3 p.m. in the America Gardens Theatre. They will have two more performances at 4:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. in The American Adventure Rotunda.

The Spirt of America Fife & Drum Corps will also return for one-day only to perform outside the America pavilion at 1 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m., and 4:45 p.m.

To close out the night, Illuminations will take place at 10 p.m., and it will have an awesome finale. Ending the show will be the “Heartbeat of Freedom” grand finale which is an incredible tribute to America, but this will only take place on Monday night.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Park Hours

  • July 4, 2016: 9 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Usually, Disney’s Hollywood will have something called the “Rockin’ 4th of July Celebration,” but not this year. The brand new Star Wars-themed show called “Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular” will air as normal at 9:30 p.m. on Monday night.

It is an incredible journey through the Star Wars saga with fireworks, music, lasers, and projections onto the Great Movie Ride and surrounding buildings. The spectacular really is a great event and worthy of being a Fourth of July celebration.

Walt Disney World really does go all out for the holidays each year and Fourth of July 2016 will be no different. With major celebrations happening at three of the four major theme parks and the live stream taking place for everyone at home, it’s going to be very exciting. Celebrate America in fantastic fashion with this entertainment schedule so you don’t miss a single thing whether you’re in Orlando or in the comfort of your living room.
