Tamar Braxton Fans Call To Boycott ‘The Real’ As Braxton Tweets About ‘Beef’

Tamar Braxton’s fans are still livid following her firing from The Real last month, and they’re making their anger known.

A number of Braxton’s biggest fans took to social media to slam the series, which is currently playing re-run episodes on Fox ahead of the third-season debut in September, threatening to boycott both new and old episodes of the talk show.

A slew of Tamar’s fans expressed their anger on social media, telling the show’s producers that they would not be tuning in without Braxton.

“@TheRealDaytime Starting a The Real Boycott and letting advertisers know we will be boycotting them as well for firing Tamar,” @kay_debkaytay tweeted out, while Twitter user @ChristinLakenya wrote on the social media site, “Let’s boycott The Real for Tamar, she’s the only reason I watched. Loni [Love] is not funny. She’s corny.”

“@TheRealDaytime #boycott The real!!!” @ummaboyy added. “Tamar Braxton was only on the show that was interesting. The other host are cornballs!”

The boycott claims come amid serious drama between Braxton and The Real ever since the daytime talk show announced that Tamar would not be returning to her co-host seat alongside Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry-Housley, and Adrienne Bailon for the upcoming third season.

The news caused weeks of speculation about exactly why Tamar was fired, while fans also suggested that Braxton’s departure caused serious tension between herself and her former co-stars.

However, Tamar now appears to be putting the drama behind her since announcing her own talk show produced by Steve Harvey, as Design & Trend is reporting Braxton was quick to slam fans alluding to a feud with her former Real co-hosts on Twitter on June 27.

“Never worried. Never bothered. Forget that wackness… No matter where it come from. I’m all the way up,” Braxton tweeted, which had fans speculating that Braxton was referring to more drama with her Loni, Jeannie, Tamera, and Adrienne.

However, Tamar then slammed fans implying that she had “beef” with anyone, following up her initial tweet with the message, “It’s so deep how people want me [to] be mad or have beef. I don’t have an issue with ANYONE & don’t want 1..that happens when u grow up #tryit.”

Tamar Braxton’s latest hint at a truce comes after weeks of speculation that she had serious “beef” with at least one of her former Real co-stars.

After fans speculated that Tamar and Loni Love may not have been seeing eye to eye following Braxton’s departure, Love admitted during an appearance on The Tom Joyner Morning Show that she hasn’t actually spoken to Tamar since it was announced that she had been fired by the show despite the news being confirmed more than five weeks ago.

“I haven’t heard from Tamar,” Love admitted on the radio show of her current relationship according to BlackAmericaWeb.com, with Braxton admitting on the show, “but I’ve seen her messages.”

Love didn’t admit which of Braxton’s message she was referring to, though Tamar has been pretty vocal about her The Real departure on social media.

Tamar announced the surprising news on Instagram back on May 22, when she claimed she’d been “stabbed in the back” by somebody assumed to be associated with the daytime talk show.

“I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch and it’s not in good taste to tell you who…… but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own,” Braxton added in the photos caption. “Know that every one who smiles in your face is NOT your friend and is NOT cheering for you and will LIE and try and tear u down to TRY and dim your light.”

Braxton then alluded to further drama with her co-stars on the social media site earlier this month, appearing to refer to her former co-workers as “phony b****es.”

Braxton liked a fan’s photo that showed her appearing to lean away as her former co-hosts took a photo alongside the caption, “when you in a room full of phony b******, it’s best to distance yourself.”

Braxton then commented on the snap, “Pretty much.”

Loni also appeared to hint at possible drama herself on Instagram when acknowledging Braxton’s departure from the series for the first time, telling Tamar to “take the time [she] needs” following the announcement that Braxton would not be appearing on the coming third season.
