Gigi Hadid Finds Zayn Malik Boring, ‘Pillow Talk’ Singer Steps Up Dating Game?

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were on the rocks at the beginning of the month, but it looks like they have patched things up since then. Maybe the issue was, beside their ridiculous schedules, that Gigi found that her relationship with Zayn Malik wasn’t as exciting as she thought it would be.

“Rumors that Hadid and 23-year-old Malik had broken up swirled earlier this month, however, the model appeared to debunk the reports last Friday, when she referenced her ‘boyfriend’ while speaking with Elle,” reports Entertainment Tonight.

The last time that she posted about her boyfriend was four weeks ago. Hadid shared a picture that is very suitable for a singer whose rise to fame was thanks to a song called “Pillow Talk.”

While it looks like the 21-year-old model and the 23-year-old singer are back together, it still sounds like their relationship is getting to be a little monotonous. Zayn revealed in a recent interview that the usual date night plans with his girlfriend err on the side of calm and casual instead of exciting and fancy.

“I don’t really enjoy going out too much and partying,” he said to Paper Magazine, adding that he prefers monogamy over casual dating. “I like to have my own time and be at home, and I kind of need a partner with me to do that. I just like the security of that. It feels good to me. It feels right.”

“We’ll see each other tonight and probably watch a film,” he said. “Netflix and chill. Yeah, we do that a lot.”

Maybe they lean towards a more casual and non-stressful way of dating because their careers are so demanding. Just a few days ago, Gigi Hadid hosted MMVA 2016, welcoming the crowd in her fashion forward statement.

“As the host of Sunday night’s iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards in Toronto, Gigi Hadid was already the center of attention,” reports USA Today. “But for her first look of the night, Hadid demonstrated the power of the power suit, winning the red carpet by matching it — in a red jacket and flared pants from Mugler’s 2016/2017 resort collection.”

But after getting back from the breakup, it sounds like the “Pillow Talk” singer is doing his best to keep dating activities varied.

“My girlfriend rides a little bit,” the singer said, according to the Mirror. “Actually, that’s an understatement. She rides very well, and she has since she was a kid. She wants me to do it with her, and I’m not good. But I’m learning, and it’s fun.”

Since the model used to be a semi-professional equestrian, horse riding may be the way to win her heart.

But for right now, she is having a little bit more fun hanging out with her friends than her boyfriend.

“They’re three of the most in-demand models of the moment,” reports the Daily Mail. “And Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Baldwin all looked chic in their very different outfits were spotted going to Nobu in New York on Monday. Hailey wore a pair of mesh cutout leggings, a white top and a pink and white bomber over the top.”

While Zayn might not excite Gigi with his dating ideas, he has said before that she has become his musical and life muse.
