Chris Brown Shares Sweet Photo Collages Of His Dad And Daughter, Royalty, In Honor Of Father’s Day

Chris Brown may be busy touring Europe for his One Hell Of A Nite Tour, but that didn’t stop the “Grass Ain’t Greener” singer from posting a sweet tribute to his 2-year-old daughter, Royalty, and his father in honor of the Father’s Day holiday on Sunday.

On Sunday, Chris Brown took to Instagram to share a series of photos of himself and his adorable daughter, Royalty, in addition to sharing a few rare pics of himself and his father, Clinton Brown, in honor of Father’s Day on June 19.

In his first Instagram post, Brown shared a collage of four sweet black-and-white photos of himself and daughter Royalty eating, sleeping, and playing together in honor of his second Father’s Day celebration with the toddler. While Brown didn’t add a caption to the loving pics, fans wasted no time in flooding the “Loyal” singer’s Instagram post with heartfelt messages and well-wishes in honor of the holiday.

Just a few hours later, Chris Brown took to the social media site once again to share his own Father’s Day tribute to his dad, Clinton Brown, in addition to posting a sweet message which reads, “Happy Father’s Day POPS *heart emoji*.”

While Brown is currently on his way to Barcelona for his Sunday night concert at Palau Sant Jordi, the singer also shared a series of cute photos and videos of his daughter, who is currently staying with her mom, Nia Guzman, while Brown continues on the European leg of his One Hell Of A Nite Tour.

In one video, reposted by Brown from Nia Guzman’s Instagram account, Royalty can be seen enjoying a day outdoors while donning a cute blue bathing suit and matching hair bow before becoming flustered over a bug that’s trying to land in her drink.

The news comes just a few weeks after Chris Brown battled it out in court with Guzman over the model’s claims that Brown is “unfit” to care for their daughter due to concerns over his alleged drug use and gang affiliation, ultimately prompting Guzman to seek a revision to the duo’s current custody agreement, TMZ reports.

According to court documents obtained by the site on May 24, Guzman requested that Chris Brown’s current visitation rights with their daughter be reduced due to concerns over Royalty’s health and safety or, as an alternative, requested that Brown be required to hire a nanny in order to supervise his scheduled visitation days with the toddler.

Despite the model’s request, the judge rejected Nia’s motion by noting that he didn’t see any benefit to limiting Brown’s contact with the child and, as a result, mandated that Chris and Nia continue to share joint custody over Royalty. Under their current agreement, Brown has been granted unmonitored visitation rights for 12 days out of each month with his daughter.

In April, Chris Brown gushed over his fatherhood status during an interview with Inked Magazine in which he revealed that his daughter gives him “a sense of fulfillment” and “responsibility” when it comes to reflecting on his life and career.

“Seeing my daughter embodies everything that I need to feel a sense of fulfillment and believe in myself. Being able to have her in my life, it’s just been amazing.”

“When I look at her, I see myself. I see a better version of myself,” Chris Brown explained when asked what daughter Royalty has taught him. “At the end of the day, you learn that life is all about choices. Life is about responsibility and, actually, life is about love.”
