Is ‘The Bachelorette’ On Tonight? Episode 5 Postponed As JoJo Fletcher Moves Forward

Is The Bachelorette on tonight?

Chances are you’re trying to find the new episode of The Bachelorette, but having no luck. No, you’re not going crazy! The Bachelorette was on two nights last week because it will not be on this week. According to the International Business Times, fans will have to wait until June 20 to watch Episode 5 of the popular dating show.

Last week, fans watched as JoJo Fletcher finally saw Chad Johnson’s true colors and sent him home. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the season villain has been invited to join Bachelor In Paradise, despite displaying aggressive and violent behavior toward the other guys in the bachelor mansion on The Bachelorette. Fans have mixed feelings about Chad’s new deal with ABC, but most are surprised that he’s being brought back to do BIP.

The last episode of The Bachelorette ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. After JoJo Fletcher told Chad Johnson that he wouldn’t be getting a rose on a two-on-one date with Alex, Chad ended up walking back to the lodge where the guys had been staying. He knocked on the door, trying to get in for whatever reason and then the show ended. The cameras showed a couple of the guys inside, acknowledging that it was Chad who was knocking. It is unclear, however, if they let him in.

While The Bachelorette isn’t on tonight, fans have been speculating about what Chad might want or if he has some unfinished business to take care of. Some think that he is going back looking for trouble (“villain’s gotta vill”), while others have a strange feeling that he may apologize to some of his victims (namely Evan and Jordan). Regardless of what happens with Chad Johnson when he goes back to where the rest of the guys are staying, fans will have to wait one more week to find out.

So, why isn’t The Bachelorette on tonight?

Game 5 of the NBA finals will be airing on ABC at 9 p.m. EST, right when The Bachelorette normally would be on. The Cavaliers will take on the Warriors, who hold a 3-1 series lead, according to CBS Sports.

“On Monday night, their long journey to the NBA title could come to an end as they look to close out the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Outside of an injury to Stephen Curry that caused the Warriors to lose a total of two games in the first two rounds, and an impressive, admirable effort from the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference finals, the Warriors have cruised this season.”

But back to The Bachelorette.

JoJo Fletcher will continue her quest to find love next week, taking her remaining guys on some unforgettable dates. Frontrunners and fan favorites Robby, Luke, and Jordan will all get to further their relationships with Bachelorette JoJo as she tries to narrow her pack down once more.

Here is what the International Business Times deduced from The Bachelorette trailer for next week.

“It seems [Bachelorette] JoJo will have to deal with demons from her past, as she breaks down in tears in the trailer. According to reports, JoJo will be left devastated after an interview by her ex-boyfriend Chad Rookstool surfaces, where he has trash-talked about their past. Concerned that her suitors in the ABC reality show will be affected by the interview, she even tries to convince them that the allegations are false. However, it’s not JoJo alone whose past becomes a subject of concern in the next episode. Bachelors Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes, the upcoming week’s rose winners, will also come under fire for their past relationships.”
