Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Update: She Says ‘Damaged People Are Dangerous’ After Drinking Photos Emerge

Khloe Kardashian appears to be quite bothered by recent photos of Lamar Odom drinking in Los Angeles, and who can blame her?

For the last several months, Khloe Kardashian has been at Odom’s side as he recovered from a drug overdose, and while the couple appeared to be open to a reconciliation as he continued to undergo outpatient therapy, there doesn’t seem to be much hope of saving their marriage at this point.

On May 12, days after X17 Online shared photos of Odom drinking what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage at the Beverly Center in West Hollywood, Khloe Kardashian seemed to address his choice to drink with a tweet.

“Damaged people are dangerous, because they know they can survive,” she wrote.

At the end of last year, Khloe Kardashian and Odom signed documents to have their petition for divorce thrown out, but now, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is “ready to move on” and plans to pick up their divorce proceedings in the near future.

“[Khloe Kardashian] doesn’t agree with some of Lamar’s choices in the past few weeks,” a source told People Magazine last month. “She plans on refiling for divorce soon. She and Lamar are just figuring out the finances first.”

“[Khloe Kardashian] was there for Lamar when he needed her,” continued the source. “She spent months making sure he got the best care and was able to recover. Lamar was her main focus, and it was draining for her. Lamar is ready to be on his own now.”

According to the insider, Khloe Kardashian and Odom will “always be friends, but Khloe is ready to move on.”

That said, after Odom was spotted drinking with friends at a bar in March, she was said to be “very worried” about her husband, who not only suffers from addiction but also allegedly has kidney problems, which could get worse with alcohol.

Amid Odom’s sobriety struggles, Khloe Kardashian penned a lengthy Instagram post to fans, revealing that her decision to move on from their relationship was the best thing for her.

“Sometimes the person you want most is the person you’re best without… Letting go doesn’t mean that you don’t care about someone anymore. It’s just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself,” she wrote. “We have to learn to stop taking on peoples problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back.”

While there have been multiple reports claiming Keeping Up with the Kardashians is to blame for Odom’s struggles, his ex-teammate, Devean George, recently spoke out, noting Odom struggled for years before the show and the Kardashian family came into his life.

“Who says that’s what made him miserable in the first place? He’s had a rough childhood. He’s had death in his family as a youngster,” George explained to TMZ on May 13. “He might have had a problem prior to the show. So, we can’t blame the show on that being the issue. Who knows what it is? Maybe it [was] a piece of the problem, but he had a tough time coming up, man, tough time.”
